Privacy Policy
Version 1 · Published on October 25, 2026
1. Who we are and scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LLC PRO LLC (“LLCPro”, “the Company”, “we”) collects, uses, shares, retains and protects the personal data of people who visit the site llcpro.us or purchase our Services.
This Policy forms an integral part of LLCPro's Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Capitalized words that are not defined here, such as Services, Order, Client Content or Partner Third Parties, have the meaning given to them by the Terms.
LLCPro is the entity responsible for the processing of your personal data. You may contact us on any matter related to this Policy through the details in Section 15.
This Policy applies to:
Clients who create an account or purchase the Services;
the other members, partners or managers of the entities that our Clients form or manage through LLCPro;
people who visit the site without purchasing.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Data you give us
Category | Examples | When we collect it |
|---|---|---|
Identification | Full name, date and place of birth, nationality | Registration and Order form |
Identity documents | Passport, visa and date of last entry into the U.S., birth certificate, notarized translations, identity documents required for USPS Form 1583 | After payment, from the Client dashboard |
Contact | Email, phone, WhatsApp, U.S. address and foreign address | Registration and Order form |
Entity data | Proposed names, state of formation, members and ownership percentages, business activity, managers | Order form |
Tax identifiers | Social Security number, ITIN or EIN where applicable; tax return prepared by your accountant when attached to Form W-7 | Depending on the Service purchased |
Payment data | Cardholder name, card brand and last digits, payment history | When paying |
Communications | Dashboard messages, emails, WhatsApp or SMS messages, call notes | During the relationship |
Identity verification | Image and voice during the verification video call | When the Service requires it |
Your full card details are received and processed directly by our payment processor. LLCPro does not store your full card number.
LLCPro does not record verification video calls. When your Order includes the ITIN, the verification interview is conducted by the Certified Acceptance Agent, under Section 4.5 of the Terms. The videoconferencing platform will be agreed upon among you, LLCPro and, when it participates, the Certified Acceptance Agent, from among those that meet the selection criterion of Section 5, and you will be told when the call is coordinated.
2.2 Data of other people that you give us
To form or manage your entity, you may give us data of other people, such as the other members or managers. By doing so, you represent that you have their authorization to share it with LLCPro, that you have informed them of the content of this Policy and that the data is truthful.
We may contact those people directly when the process requires it, for example for their own identity verification or for signing documents that they must sign personally.
2.3 Data we receive from third parties
Government agencies: documents and communications issued by state authorities and the IRS, such as the Articles of Organization, the EIN letter or the ITIN letter.
Partner Third Parties: the Certified Acceptance Agent, Registered Agent providers, business address providers, remote notaries, Dun & Bradstreet and domain registrars, in connection with the Services you purchased. This includes official notices addressed to your entity that we receive as Registered Agent.
Sanctions lists: the result of the sanctions list check described in Section 5.3 of the Terms.
Payment processor: confirmation and status of your payments, and possible fraud alerts.
2.4 Data collected automatically
When you use the site or the Client dashboard, we record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access and the actions you take in your account. These records make it possible to maintain the security of the platform and to keep a record of the acceptances and confirmations you make.
The site mainly uses technical cookies necessary for its operation, as well as those that may be installed by third-party features or content embedded in it, under the Cookie Policy.
3. What we use your data for
We use your personal data to:
Provide the Services purchased: prepare and file documents, process the EIN and ITIN, provide the Registered Agent service, activate the business address, website and corporate email, and register the DUNS number.
Verify your identity and that of the other members of the entity, under Section 5.2 of the Terms.
Check sanctions lists, under Section 5.3 of the Terms. When the check returns a possible match, a person on our team will review it before any decision is made.
Process payments, renewals, refunds and chargebacks.
Communicate with you about your Order, under Section 8.1 of the Terms.
Send you promotional communications, only if you gave us your separate consent, under Section 8.2 of the Terms.
Keep a record of your acceptance of the Terms and of the warnings you confirm in your dashboard, under Sections 1 and 12.5 of the Terms.
Comply with legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities.
Protect the security of the platform, prevent fraud and detect unauthorized access.
Exercise or defend our rights in the face of claims.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for targeted advertising and we do not make decisions with legal effects on you in an exclusively automated way.
4. Basis for processing and your authorization
We process your data because it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into with us, to comply with legal obligations, to protect the security of the platform and defend our rights, and, in the cases indicated, on the basis of your consent.
By accepting the Terms and this Policy, you expressly authorize LLCPro to process your personal data for the purposes described in Section 3, including the international transfer described in Section 6. Where the law of your country requires a prior, express and informed authorization for the processing of personal data, this acceptance constitutes that authorization.
You may revoke your authorization at any time under Section 9. Revocation does not affect processing carried out before it, and may prevent us from continuing to provide the Services that depend on that data, under the Terms.
Data requiring special protection. Identity documents and tax identifiers receive additional protections: they are stored encrypted and only the staff who need them to carry out your Order can access them.
5. Who we share your data with
We share your data only with the recipients indicated below, and only to the extent necessary for the corresponding purpose:
Recipient | What data | Why |
|---|---|---|
State authorities, IRS and other government agencies | Entity data, data of its members and the corresponding forms | File documents and process the EIN and ITIN |
Certified Acceptance Agent | Identity documents (including originals you send to it physically, when the agent requires it), Form W-7 and attached documentation | Verify your identity and certify your documents before the IRS |
Registered Agent providers in states other than Florida | Entity and contact data | Provide the Registered Agent service |
Virtual business address providers | Identification data, identity documents and USPS Form 1583 | Activate mail reception |
Remote notaries | Identification data and documents to be notarized | Hold the notarial session |
Dun & Bradstreet | Entity data | Register the DUNS number |
Domain registrars and hosting, email and telephony providers | Domain owner and contact data | Activate the website, corporate email and virtual phone |
Payment processor | Payment data | Process charges, refunds and chargebacks |
Technology providers (hosting, transactional email, video calls, electronic signature, messaging) | The data necessary for each function | Operate the platform and communicate with you |
LLCPro's professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, auditors) | The data necessary for each consultation | Advise LLCPro, under a duty of confidentiality |
Competent authorities | The data required by the request | Comply with a legal obligation or a valid order |
Acquirer or successor of LLCPro | Data of the business relationship | In the event of a merger, reorganization or sale of assets, under Section 26 of the Terms |
LLCPro selects the providers that process data on its behalf from among those that offer adequate guarantees of confidentiality and security, and works with them under contractual conditions that include those obligations. When LLCPro adds or changes a provider, it applies this same criterion. Partner Third Parties that provide their own services, such as the Certified Acceptance Agent or Dun & Bradstreet, also process your data under their own policies.
Banks and lenders. LLCPro does not send your data to banks, lenders or credit providers, unless you expressly request it.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties so that they send you advertising.
5.1 Information that becomes public
Some data filed with the authorities becomes part of public records, by provision of the law of each state. For example, an entity's formation documents may show the names of its managers or authorized representatives, their addresses and the details of the Registered Agent. LLCPro cannot delete or modify information that is already on a public record.
Using the Registered Agent service and a business address, instead of your personal address, reduces the personal information that appears in those records.
A domain owner's data is delivered to the registrar and may be subject to ICANN rules and the rules of each extension's registry.
6. International data transfer
LLCPro operates from the United States and the procedures are carried out before authorities of that country. For that reason, your personal data, including your identity documents, is transferred, stored and processed in the United States, regardless of where you reside. Some of our providers may process data in other countries.
United States law may not offer the same level of personal data protection as the law of your country. To protect your data we apply the security measures of Section 8, limit access to the staff who need it and require our providers to meet the obligations described in Section 5.
By accepting this Policy, you expressly authorize this international transfer, which is necessary to provide you with the Services.
7. How long we keep your data
Type of information | Retention period |
|---|---|
Documents and data of your Orders | While your account is open, and during the sixty (60) days following its closing so that you can download them, under Section 20.3 of the Terms |
Payment and billing records | Seven (7) years from the date of payment |
Records of acceptance of the Terms, warnings and acknowledgments | Five (5) years from the end of the relationship with the Client |
Sanctions list checks and records of blocked or rejected transactions | Ten (10) years, under U.S. sanctions regulations |
Technical logs | Twelve (12) months. Audit logs linked to an acknowledgment are kept for the period applicable to that acknowledgment |
Data for promotional communications | Until you revoke your consent |
After those periods, we delete your data or anonymize it, unless we must keep it because of a legal obligation or for the defense of a claim, and only for as long as those situations require.
The documentation that the Certified Acceptance Agent is required to retain under its agreement with the IRS is governed by that agreement, and its retention is the responsibility of that agent.
8. How we protect your data
We apply reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. These include encrypted connections, encryption of sensitive data, staff access control according to their duties and logging of platform activity.
No system is completely secure, and LLCPro cannot guarantee that the platform is immune to unauthorized access, under Section 20.2 of the Terms. You contribute to the security of your account by using a strong password, not sharing your credentials and notifying us immediately if you detect suspicious access.
Security incidents. If an incident occurs that compromises your personal data, we will investigate it, take measures to contain it and notify you and the relevant authorities in the terms and within the periods required by applicable law, including the law of the State of Florida.
9. Your rights
In relation to your personal data, you may:
Access the data we hold about you and know how we use it.
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data. You can update much of your data directly from your dashboard.
Request the deletion of your data, within the limits indicated below.
Object to or limit certain uses of your data.
Obtain a copy of your documents. You can download them at any time from your dashboard.
Revoke your authorization, under Section 4.
File a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
How to exercise them. Write to us at the address in Section 15 with the subject “Privacy”, stating which right you wish to exercise. To protect your data, we will verify your identity before handling the request. A person authorized by you may also submit it on your behalf, evidencing that authorization.
Response times. We will respond to inquiries about your data within ten (10) business days of receipt, and to requests for rectification, deletion, objection or revocation within fifteen (15) business days, except for revocation of consent to promotional communications, which is handled within the period of Section 8.3 of the Terms. If we need more time, we will tell you the reason and the new date before the period expires.
Limits. We will not be able to delete your data or stop processing it when we must keep it because of a legal obligation, when it is necessary for an Order in progress or to defend a claim, when it appears in a public record under Section 5.1, or when doing so would affect the rights of other members of your entity. If that is the case, we will explain it in our response.
Exercising your rights is free of charge and will not affect the treatment you receive from LLCPro.
If you reside in a U.S. state whose law grants you additional rights over your personal data, you may exercise them through the same channels.
10. Promotional communications
We will send you promotional communications only if you gave us your separate consent, through the non-pre-checked box described in Section 8.2 of the Terms. You may revoke it at any time, without affecting communications about your Order, under Section 8.3 of the Terms.
11. Minors
The Services are directed exclusively at people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that we have received data from a minor, we will delete it, unless we must keep it because of a legal obligation.
12. Third-party services
Some features of the site and of our support are provided through third-party services, such as the payment page of our payment processor or messaging applications such as WhatsApp. When you use those services, the third party processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy, which we recommend that you review.
For your security, do not send us identity documents through messaging applications or by email. Always upload them from the Client dashboard, where they are stored encrypted. Our team will never ask you for your passport or other identity documents by those means.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version will be published on the site with its update date, and substantial changes will be notified to you by email at least thirty (30) days in advance, under Section 26 of the Terms.
14. Language
This Policy is published in Spanish. LLCPro may also offer an English translation; in that case, the Spanish version is the official one and prevails in case of discrepancy, under Section 25 of the Terms.
